Did My Good Deed for the Day

Found this pretty girl running down the middle of the road on Old Symrna here in Brentwood.  She was obviously looking for people (anybody would do, I think) and was just about trying to climb into any car that would slow down enough.  I have a weim, so I couldn't just leave her there.  I stopped, opened the back door of the truck and said, "Hop in."  She jumped in and rode around with me for about 15 minutes while we tracked down the owners.

EDIT: Sorry, I wasn't clear the first time.  I managd to find her "keeper" anyway.  The owner was this guy's brother and was in Africa.  I've seen the guy pulling in and out of his driveway before on my commute so I knew he lived a couple of houses away.

I almost wished I could have taken her home to my boy.  He would kill to have a playmate.

Thanks for doing that.  I have Weimi as well and would have had to do the same thing.  Glad you found the owner.

Did you end up finding the owners?

The owner's brother, actually.  The owner lives in Knoxville and is on a trip to Africa, evidently.
