I was at a tat studio and this guy had all these Japanese writing ãƒ€ãƒ å°»ç™½å°‘å¹´  across his back. He was looking for a cover up. Come to find out when he was in the navy 8 years prior he had the tat done in Japan. It was supposed to say something about peace and tranquility. Well he ran across someone that speaks Japanese and they told him it translates to "Dumb ass white boy".
