Havent seen this posted, if it has been, sorry bout that.

 

Happened June 9th. Gotr the wrong apartment. Tore his house up, shot his house up, killed his dog.

His apartment was not the one named in the warrant. JUSTICE would be for the keystone cop in charge of the raid to be tried and convicted and serve time for B/E and animal cruelty under color of law, and his police certification permanently revoked. All other officers who insist that they were "just following orders" to to be placed on a lengthy UNPAID administrative leave. Of course none of this will happen because they are police and are therefore immune to any form of justice aside from that administered by GOD or John Browning.

OTOH, they will get away with it with a token slap on the wrist.

And they left his house in ruin and likely unable to be locked. Sounds like they did the search then left which I find very, very disturbing. Imagine coming home and finding your house broken into only to find out it was LE that did it.

 

The person who was in charge of executing the search warrant should be charged criminally. The city will pay for the wrongs but it doesn't punish anyone but the citizens because it is their tax money that pays for things like this.

 

I really wish the officer could be ordered to pay out of their own pocket for all damages.

I agree, and I wasn't inferring that I or anyone here should ever consider pursuing the John Browning option. Just philosyphizing out loud.
