If ever there was motivation to get off the grid this would be it. Screwing around with my beer is the last straw to a full fledged uprising in my opinion. I'll be at the end of the driveway....anyone with me?

Just a second while I put my boots on.

This does not surprise me considering in many socialist countries ( from what I understand like the former east germany) they keep their beer warm.

COLD BEER IS THE AMERICAN WAY.

Messing with our constitution, our guns, our God and our beer. What is next?  A declaration of war?

This is old news.  My home will never be attached to the smart grid.

Sort of off topic, but speaking of cold beer I picked up a Nu-Ice pack this week and tried it the passed two days. I got the 5lb version and put it in my 50qt yeti yesterday morning with no wet ice. I just took it out 36 hours later and the beer is still cold.

The EPA could better serve humanity by
going away. They are the reason the electricity
is becoming so expensive, and those pesky
liberals should lighten up and drink some beer.

Liberals should drink Milk of Magnesia and pea gravel. Lock them all in a room and let nature take its course.

What the heck is an "optional requirement"?

It's pretty much the same thing as a deficit neutral health care bill. An oxymoron.

Beer should be just above room temperature. The label should be written in German and it should be brewed under Reinheitsgebot.

Otherwise, as my ex FIL would say "Its just pizz water"
