Worst Gunstore Ever

Having happy customers isn't that hard. I believe the vast majority of customers want to be happy and it takes very little to keep them happy. I think it also takes a lot to upset a customer enough that they refuse to come back. I have seen it a lot where people swear they will never go into a certain shop then go back the first time the shop has a sale.

Then there are some customers that will never be happy no matter what the shop does.

And honestly if the OP waited 1/2 as long as she did for a simple phone call then that is unexcuseable on the part of the shop and she has every right to be upset. But as I said before I would like ot hear the other side of the story because the truth is rarely told by one side but is generally a mix of the two.

Personally I have been in Austin's once. I didn't see anything that jumped out as obnoxious but his prices were not as cheap as some other places. I will say his unwillingness to haggle on used stuff was something I personally didn't care for. I also watched him offer a customer an insanely low amount for a used gun then would not haggle when the customer countered.
