If you can find one for sale, between 2 and 3k

Unless you have a buddy who knows its your grail knife and gives you a great deal on a trade plus some cash. I don't have that much into this one.

Awesome blade.  So is it going to be a user or a collectible?
If a user, then you're going to have to show us some pics of what it will do.

Very impressive.

Thanks for sharing!

Well guys, since my wife is always begging me to take pictures of her wearing my knives and guns (yeah right), here is one for perspective. This baldric rig was made by Rowe Leather and was included in the deal. As far as the perspective my wife is 5'9".

That carry rig is awesome. Did it come with the blade? It matches the toenail polish perfectly. I must have one!

It was included in the deal but it was custom made by Cody Rowe at Rowe Leather.

And yes, toenail/sheath coordination is mandatory.

Major and willis, thanks for the information and perspective on this knife. I know it sounds like I was being nosey, and I guess I really was; but the question was meant in seriousness. I was just curious as to what range something like that was in. Now I have an awnser.

Really none of my business, as the old say goes..."if you gotta ask, you can't afford it"

Was just curious and had the gall to ask as others probably wondered as well.

And yes, I know no offense was given by any awnser, and none was taken or inferred.

Just gotta say again that it is an awesome piece of blade work. I've been shown some really impressive and expensive examples of knifecraft in the last few years, and this is as good or better than many of them in my sight.

Fred did very well getting this piece, they are Hard to find and the name fits, they are truly the Mother of all Bowie knives I will have one some day as this is by far my favorite large fixed blade knife on the planet

Gonna sharpen the top false edge for backcuts, you know,  for gentlemen's duels in New Orleans and whatnot?
