Hunting Lease

I'm looking for a hunting lease a little closer to home than my current lease. Anyone have or know of any available land? Any tips on where to look? I'm looking for something as close to Davidson Co as possible. I would love 100+ ac, but would consider anything around 50ac or bigger. Thanks!

Try craigslist or ask people you know. Never know they may have heard someone talking about it.

yeah, craigslist adds are few and far between these days, and most are asking for way too much money. I've been pounding the ground, and just havn't come up with anything. Called a couple of the land investors that are buying up property, but they are all currently leased as well. Hopefully I'll find something soon!

Not an easy place to find a reasonable lease. Too many folks with more money than sense paying jacked up prices. That pushes the average Joe's outward and they have leased up everything within an hour's drive of Metro. I see more Davidson plates than Montgomery plates at the gas stations in Clarksville during deer season.
