Restaurant carry on Sunday morning

Recommended Posts

I think I probably already know the answer to this question, but it occurred to me that some restaurants that may serve alcohol don't serve on Sunday mornings. I don't drink, so I am not familiar with TN law about Sunday morning sales. It was not legal in FL where I grew up.

Anyway, would it be OK to carry into the restaurant in this condition?

I asked this before and I was flamed. On Sunday morning it isn't sold for consumption, so I still think yes. But I think we will never know for sure until some judge tells us... It doesn't affect me as I'm not usually up on Sunday morning.

Well, whats stopping them from selling it on Sunday morning? A manager saying "Hey lets sell some booze." If they have a liquor license for on premises consumption its really a no-go.
