Green 7.62x39 ammo?

Ok, so I took a Norinco SKS in on a trade, and it came with this weird ammo.  It's all green, packaged in 10 rounds, and it is round nose.  There is a black stripe acrss the back of the package, but nothing written on it in any language.  Anyone know what this stuff is?  I don't want to shoot it off at the range if it of value.

Need better picks and headstamp info to Google it.  Might be East German.

They have two numbers on the bottom, 05 and 06.  The 05 seems to mean Spreewerke, Lübben, East Germany as the maker.  The 06 IDK...

It is training ammunition from East German army. It has low recoil. It might or might not recycle the action of SKS. It barely recycles AK action. Nice thing about it, you can use it at pistol range

Plastic core E. German training ammo for AKM rifles. It is corrosive so clean accordingly.

Yep.  Plastic core training ammo.  It will not cycle my SKS.  And it is very corrosive.

At least that's what it LOOKS like.  Does it FEEL lighter than normal?

Oops, forgot to add...

It sticks in at least 2 SKS's that I know of.  Presumably, the lacquer melts and sticks to a hot chamber wall.  Clean the chamber and it works for a few rounds.  Then, when it gets dirty, the rounds become very hard to extract.  Rinse and repeat.

Haven't shot any for many years.  Still have a few hundred rounds.

Yeah, it figures they would be utterly worthless...  Still the fact the SKS was all numbers matching and the stock looks practically new made up for it.
