New truck!

I've been truckless for 8 years or more. I remedied that this morning. 91 dodge with the 318 v8.

Doing the same thing.  Although, I've never owned a truck. Bought this 1979 Ford F-150.

that is a nice looking rig.  The 318 is a fine motor.  Not so sure it is the best Chrysler ever did,  don't forget the 225 slant six!!  Dang them SOB's had some low end torque.

 

I had a 85 Ram and it was a runnin devil.  Wish I had never sold it.  Would love to still have it or even have it just sitting on blocks in the Section C parking lot here at the House in the Woods.

Congtrats dude! I have always said you can get by with a car but a truck is really a work force on 4 wheels.

Had to put in a few necessities. Seat cover and gun rack. Next repair: windshield wipers; found out this morning they don't work.

hard to beat a old pickup.  easy to work on and easy to find use parts.  will do all a new high dollar truck does but at a lower cost.
