Off to a great start. They can't figure out how to open the evidence locker/closet.

The problem is they can't find any evidence in the locker.

defense was pretty tactful with the mother.  She understood his question and played dumb that she did not understand.  I hope the jury understood the answer.

Darn, I missed her testimony..

He's brother looks more polished, night and day..

Just saw it, Whatever there's no way in hell to tell who was screaming via the phone that was inside the house.. Her Testimony, when asked politely by the defense, that she hoped that he didn't play part in his demise, and she played ignorant.. She knows damn well that he wasn't a sweet kid that was never in any kind of trouble.. Whatever.. the trial is BS, the prosecutor has no true evidence..

I sure hope the defense calls a witness to claim it was Zimmerman who is heard screaming for help. I do believe there is a possibility that it could be possible for one family member to pick out the screams of another family member. Whether or not it was possible in this event, I don't know. But I can't completely discount Trayvon's mother and brother, either. I wouldn't convict a man based on their testimony, however.

Regardless of how this trial works out, this mom will have to live with her actions that contributed to this tragedy.

TM had been suspended 3 times. Did she ground him? Take away his phone and computer? Did she go to the school and talk to the principal? Did she even know that they found jewelry and buglary tools in his locker? Wouldn't a responsible parent take some pretty strict steps then to show TM that his actions have consequences?

Did she know that TM had missed 53 days of school... 53 days!?  What would a responsible parent do if their child had missed 53 days of school?

The mom failed TM. The dad failed TM. The school failed TM by not teaching him that actions have consequences. What's really sad is that lots of other kids are being ignored the same way... and that will lead to disaster for a lot of them.

Sorry but I got to say it, she doesn't come across as a mad black woman. Especially one where her son has just been killed. The prosecution worked with her, you can tell.. Excluding TM past helped the prosecution as it could be a really bad situation. If you look at her testimony when asked by the defense, if TM could have contributed to his demise, she almost lost the polish and training, but defense played it well by not pressing to hard..

I still believe the defense should have been allowed to bring up Trayvon's history.

TM did finally learn that actions have consequences

I think every thing about both party's past should have been thrown in front of a jury. I still to this day can't figure out how in the hell do you get to pick and choose what you can discuss in court. If it's relevant , use it!

I agree. The court is acting as if the only part Trayvon could have possibly played in his death is they act of dying.

I agree. I think both of their criminal histories and arrest records should have been allowed.

Dr. said Tm was still suffering, hmm. Defense objects, Judge overrules..

Yes, the fine doctor is obviously working directly for the prosecution. He was asked how tall Trayvon was, and instead of answering the question, he has been going on for 10 minutes.

He's going off his notes, notes that weren't shared until just now with the prosecution and defense.. Intriguing.. Good catch by the defense..

Oh you can't review my notes, Right!!! Survey Says, Errrrr!!!

Yeah, it's amazing how the doctor had no issues answering every question from the prosecution, but as soon as the defense begins asking questions, he can no longer remember anything. I'm anxious to see how this turns out. He's full of sh*t, and doesn't want to get caught in a lie.

Trayvon was underage and had 2 tattoos. I wonder if he broke the law to get those, or did one or both of his parents take him to get them.

I heard her tattoo answer about the praying hands with pearls.  Obviously I don't know about his tat's but would them pearls most likely have been a rosary?  Just struck me as odd she called them pearls.

The medical examiner is a piece of work.  He is scared to answer the questions and is argumentative.
