Man charged with felony for releasing balloons

Gotta admit, having come from Florida, I knew that was against the law. I wasn't aware that it was a felony, however.

hmm, brings back memories of grade school trips to the zoo and everyone that had a balloon was not allowed to bring it on the bus and teachers encouraged students to release them.  :shake:

I can recall a couple of Football games where 9k balloons were released...and think of the NASCAR releases ...televised!!

The plan of the left is to make every crime a felony of some degree so they can deny the right to vote and own firearms.

Simple enough. Make more felony laws = more felons. Eventually everyone will be a felon or mentally unfit to own a firearm.
