Mitch Rapp author, Vince Flynn, dies

Vince Flynn dies of prostate cancer at a young age.  I'm going to miss not reading any more Mitch Rapp novels.  One of my favorite series.  RIP Vince.

Vince has been my favorite author since his first book "Term Limits" came out, even before Mitch Rapp was introduced. Both Vince Flynn and Mitch Rapp will be missed.

Oh man, that is terrible.  I own and have read all of Flynn's books.  He was my favorite author.

Wow, I hadnt heard that.  47 is so young...I'm also a big fan. and Ive been getting his email newsletter for a while now..one of them listed the Mitch Rapp books in Chronological order, not the order they were written...might be good to re-read them someday in that order.

I get, or got Vince's newsletters he sent to his fans...he had been talking in them for a while about a movie, but I forget which book it was about.. Last i remember they had decided on Bruce Willis to play the role of Stan Hurley, Mitch's CIA trainer...dunno what will happen now...

I think originally it was going to be To Protect and Defend.  However, the last I heard it was going to be American Assassin, which is the origin book for Mitch Rapp.
