It took 2 months of being back ordered by Ruger but I got it today !!!! IT is the BOOT GRIP by Hogue.  It is definitely smaller than the stock grip and I love it . It is a must to carriers of the LCR . Just for reference , my LCR is a .357mag .  WIth this boot grip it is an awesome carry revolver !

I've noticed that my pocket gaps open when carrying my .357 LCR there. Someone standing nearby can see the grip. The S&W snubby I carried before stayed concealed. I have the standard grip.

Now for the $64,000 question: How does it shoot?

I have both grips. I prefer the large sticky one but I usually have big pockets and I do see how the boot grip is more concealable. I would say it's tolerable with the boot grip, but fun with the big sticky. It's really my Wife's revolver anyway. I like it enough that I might be tempted to buy a second one when she ever gets around to taking the HCP class.
