Looking for some heavy tires

I'm looking to pick up some tires.  Heavy ones.  I need one in the 4-500lb range and one in the 1200 lb range.

They don't need to be in great shape as all I want them for is to do tire flips with them, but it would be good if they weren't completely destroyed.

Any ideas where I might find them?

I'd try a tractor supply store, if they don't have them they MIGHT be able to point you in the right direction. Also try a heavy truck mechanic who works on the big rigs and such.

Tractor trailer tires are about 100lbs depending on how much tread is on them. I would ask TCI Tire Centers in Antioch or American tire in Murfreesboro for heavy equipment tires.

You need Skidder tires. Call your local John Deer forestry supplier and ask. I'll check around and find the likeliest source.

Tires of off-road earth movers/ bucket trucks would work too. Same source. Caterpillar or John Deere

If you buy a full one I'll drink the beer and you can have the empty.

Saw an ad on another forum last night for free tires like that. I believe it was the crossville fairgrounds. If anybody else wants some let me know and I'll find the ad again. .
