Yep! Fried / grilled on toast with mayo and a nice thick slice of juicy garden fresh tomato and a couple of olives and chips to peak the ole taste buds.

 

Getting it cut to order thick from the local butcher shop is so much better than what's at your supermarket!

 

BTW. Not to disrespect a mans bologna, or steal this thread, what's yawls favorite way to cook deer back straps?
