Signing the license question.

I'm going to be sending my license in to a few places and had 2 questions. I know you don't sign the original so when you copy, do you only copy the top half of the page and sign that or do you include the whole sheet? Also, do you date it for the day you're sending it in, the date you got it or it doesn't matter?

Thanks.

Just Date it - the vendors don't care why date so long as the license is valid.

A good idea is to write "File Copy" on the ones you send out - just as a minor safety precaution from any shenanigans

I sign and date copies before sending - although I have faxed copies later, (to vendors that accept faxed c&r's, some don't) - with no problem.

I keep a signed copy in pdf format on my iphone and computer so I can send it to anyone that accepts an electronic copy...which most do (except the old dinosaurs).

I have a .jpeg copy too, just in case.

I'm doing a pdf copy which is why I wondered about doing just the upper part of the form, or the whole page.
