Any hardwood flooring installers in the house?

I'm looking for a hardwood flooring installer that will come to Springfield. 

 

Flooring: 3/4 x 3 1/4

 

Livingroom/Hallway: @ 285 square feet

 

Quarter round: @ 47 Lineal Feet

 

Transitions from hardwood: 

 

Kitchen - Vinyl

Foyer - Tile

Bathroom - Vinyl

Bedroom - Carpet

Bedroom - Carpet

Bedroom - Carpet

Fireplace - Tile

 

I will supply the hardwood, painted quarter round, transitions and felt. I will also remove the carpet, pad and tack strips.

I used this guy for a flip. He did 1300 sq ft of prefinished bruce hardwood. Did a good job

While it has been a while since i did hardwood floor, I do remember the jist of it. I did both hardwood floor and ceramic tile in the old house before the fire. Just about done with my current project of replacing an exterior door, the floor and the trim around the door.

 

Please note I am not a professional installer. Just have done it a few times. I remember the hammer/floor setter. Now we use finish nailers.

That's our goal. Due to my place of employment, I can get a good deal on flooring, so we are going to start doing hardwood in phases.

We are in the process of buying a house and plan on putting the floors down ourselves. 

 

The next few weeks should be interesting.

Thanks for reminding me. I need to sell that extra compressor and nail gun, now. We just finished about

2000 sq. ft.
