Went to The Catfish house in Marion County and had my first ever frog legs and some really good catfish put some black pepper and Louisiana Hot Sauce and they were awesome.

I made french bread pizzas for me and the Mrs. last night. Emeril's Italian Essence (sounds really gross, if you ask me, but that Emeril's Essence is delicious!) and garlic salt are the keys to making a good pizza. I had mine with pepperoni and sliced hungarian wax peppers, the wife just like plain cheese. Oh, and Prego pasta sauce for the pizza sauce. For some reason the stuff labeled "pizza sauce" is always gross. Good ol' Prego rules.

Stopped by Bentons in Vonore this afternoon, had country ham, Hungry Jack biscuits and homeade gravy for supper. I think if I was on death row I would request this as my last meal. Seriously check out Bentons Country Hams if you ever have the chance. This guy has the best country ham and smoked bacon anywhere
