Yes, it is on a pizza/baking stone. Baked @ 500 degrees. The Big Green Egg does a hell of a job with whatever you are doing with it.

Picked up three Hot 'n Spicy McChicken sandwiches, large fries, with three glasses of sweet tea once I got home.

Dessert about two hours later was a double of Jameson's Irish whiskey, neat, in a chilled glass.

Yeah, dessert was MUCH better than supper. :screwy:

Slow cooked deer roast (with potato, carrot, and onion). Home cooked yeast rolls.

Grilled Atlantic swordfish over a quartered flash fried potato topped with a

Beurre Noir sauce with red onion, yellow bell pepper, julienne arugula, roasted

pecans, Thyme, grape tomatoes, black currants, and cilantro oil.
