If the maters ain't fresh...they ain't maters.

I agree with ya on that. We had a mix of sliced maters from Ripley, (Ripley is known for their delicious maters, these were bought on the roadside) and mine that I have grown. Yummy.

Last night was a Digiorno Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza. I was really impressed with how good it was. It is now my favorite frozen pizza.

I used to roll my eyes at the commercials, but now I'd just as soon eat a DiGiorno pizza as get delivery. Some of the Freschetta ones are good as well...

I'm going with sirloin tips with onion and pepper tonight. Probably some sort of squash side dish with something else. Garlic mashed potatoes sounds good right now.

I dunno if I'll have anything substantial tonight. Had a business lunch at Big River downtown, and I'm still feeling stuffed. Their fish and chips were friggin great!

Still on my diet, so nothing exciting. I've been eating lots of Subway.

6" Turkey on wheat. No cheese. Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, bananna peppers and fat free sweet onion.

I have no idea how much weight I've lost (I was too afraid to weigh myself in the beginning of the diet), but my pants are fitting a bit more loosely today than they were 2 weeks ago. I have a very long way to go, but I'm feeling better.

mmm, tamales... I may have to convince my parents to go out to Amigo's one of these nights while they're in town...

Last week I found these meatball and mozzarella Lean Pockets at the grocery. Figured I'd try them so I picked up a box. They were AWESOME!

Went and got 6 more boxes and after eating them all last week, I wouldn't eat another one if you gave me ten dollars. :D

The wife and I had Ridgewood BBQ takeout. If you guys ever make to the Tri-Cities you gotta go to Ridgewood!

Careful, we'll heat up the barbecue wars again. :D

I think I'll do something like Chicken Cordon Blue tonight. But I don't think I have ham or Swiss cheese, so I'll probably substitute prosciutto and feta cheese.

Probably a bagel for breakfast and BLT for lunch. It's lawn day, so something simple and light for lunch sounds good.

Yesterday, bbq'd baby backs sweet corn and baked taters. Tonight home dade stuffed peppers and sweet corn.
