Any ammo at Nashville gun show?

Recommended Posts

Anyone know if there will be ammo at reasonable prices at the Nashville gun show this weekend? I hate to pay to park, pay to enter, and then... actually, by the time I pay to park and pay to enter, I'm already ticked off before I get into the show.

Someone, give me a reason to go.

Somehow, I don't think you'll get many reasons from this crowd. General sentiment is that it's not worth it to go most of the time... I'm inclined to agree. I don't go to the shows much anymore unless:

(1) I'm totally bored and have nothing else to do,

(2)I'm looking for something very specific and I KNOW that a certain vendor will be there with what I need.

(3) if I am in desperate need of comedic entertainment, I'll go just to see the re-seller ammo prices-- that's always good for a laugh.

I went to the Chattanooga RK show last weekend.  There was some ammo but nothing like there was a year ago.  On Saturday afternoon I saw one table with about a dozen 525 .22LR boxes for $75 each.  On Sunday afternoon the same greedy bastard still had the same amount of 525 .22LR boxes marked down to $65.  Unless he sold any in the last hour he went home with what he came with.

post what you're looking for.Nash show just blows.13.00 bucks for all the BO,buttcrack bonehandles knives, nazi swag and rude promoters you'll ever deal with.thats what you really end up paying for....there are some nice folks that attend and sell but overall it "ain't" worth the trip unless you have some tourists that want a bad gun show experience...

Was it an old man on the back wall by the bleachers?
