Considering doing an sbr on a form 1, I know I would have to engrave my name, city and state, but do I have to use my full first name or can it be first initial and last name?
Thanks

I wrote to the ATF about this and I was told to use my entire first, middle and last name.  The form only listed my first and middle initial though and that is what I went with.

Next time, it will be on a trust though.

Just got mine approved after an error. I tried my first name abbreviated and full last name and it got kicked back with a form saying full first and last name. Only the state could be abbreviated. I corrected it with full first name and full last name, dated and initialed it and 2 weeks later it was approved. Did not put my middle name on it.
