Farewell for awhile

Well Ladies and Gents, as some of you know, I won't be around this summer. I have taken a job as teaching blacksmithing at Falling Creek Summer camp for boys. I may be able to post updates and pictures on occasion, but I won't be on here daily for a good while. I just wanted to tell my good friends on here goodbye for awhile, and that hopefully I'll be seeing y'all soon. Also, look for a post about a homecoming shoot in September lol. I leave early tomorrow morning, and I won't be back until Aug. 5th or later. So you guys take care.

Good luck on summer adventure. Sounds like a great way to spend your summer, doing what you like and passing on knowledge to the next generation.

By the way, where is Falling Creek?

O.K. I know the area. It used to be covered with summer camps.

Not too far from Asheville. Beautiful country.

Enjoy your summer.

Sounds like a pretty cool gig.  Wish I'd gone to summer camp that taught blacksmithing.  Enjoy!

Get to teach them about tannerite too?  ;)

Congrats on the opportunity. Kids usually end up teaching you more than you teach them in my experience haha. But I gotta say it would have been awesome if we had a blacksmith at my summer camp. See ya when ya get back.

Good on ya!  Role modelin' kids and teaching them a really cool, almost-lost art.  World's a better place because of ya.

Nifty credential to have on your résumé , Jordon -- might be on the way to a career. Good luck and enjoy, keep us posted when ya can.

Have a safe trip and teach some kids something useful.  Blowing up stuff is useful.  ;)

Take it easy brother! Have a blast...even though they probably won't approve of tannerite. Lol.
