I think I've got loading press elbow

Dang my elbow hurts. I can barley extend my arm out fully and of course it's my strong shooting hand. My big question is it tennis elbow or golfer's elbow? One's the inside pointy bone and one's the outside pointy bone. Their are a couple of treatment exercises but you need to which one.

Anybody else worn their arm out on the press?

Yeah I have same issue, been diagnosed in the past with tennis elbow, not from tennis but from swinging a heavy hammer.  The press seems to irritate the same elbow components and I just have to spread out my reloading.  Changing position/grip every few minutes helps a little but there are not a whole lot of possible positions with reloading presses and hammers :-)  Doc says I can either deal with it or try surgery, I've decided to deal with it and not risk the surgery.

That depends on whether you're talking to your doctor or your lawyer ;)

My preference is load 25, then take a nap. This keeps the stress on the elbow and arm at a minimum  :snore:

I can relate.  I've been formally diagnosed with tendinitis as a result of my reloading/shooting hobby.  Sometimes it's bad enough I can't lift a can of Coke, sometimes it's nearly normal.  I have had cortisone injections, seen a chiropractor, etc, etc but it still remains.  I can tell you that the addition of a Dillon and an upgraded handle made life A LOT better.  But my old Rock Chucker irritates me in less than 50 rounds.

Since my right bicep quit working, it really is good exercise for my right arm, nowadays, but I remember when

I complained. :D

Learn to do it left handed.
