Guess Ima bad guy.  It says I have to register to see it.

I'll see if I can find another source.

Seems to be a bit iffy there maybe depending on state, meaning how long he continued to shoot as the guy was retreating, dunno. Hope not.

The store owner was quite fortunate. That was really bad placement of the vehicle with the drivers door against the wall. Should back in instead. The last shot seems a little questionable as the perp is clearly running away. But the guy did walk up and stick a gun in his face and it all happened really fast.

Yet more proof that the idea that you can't draw on a drawn gun isn't true.

Yep, trigger still to be pulled with gun on target, regardless of who has it out first.

To me it just looked like the victim quit shooting when he saw that the threat was neutralized.

At least the guy was aware of his surroundings. Looks as if he was already in defense mode before the would be robber even got to the window.

+1

His reaction time from a sitting position in the vehicle was freaking quick!

I was watching the robber's gun for recoil, but I can't tell from the video whether the robber got off any shots or not. He clearly had a better angle and plenty of opportunity.

Seems the robber wasnt there to kill, but he got killed. They should be able to catch the other guy with what he was driving.

I noticed that too and don't think he ever fired.  Don't draw if you don't intend to use it.

Watched the video a few times.  Seconds before the robber came around the corner, a 2-door car pulls up and appears to stop just the other side of the corner.  My guess is the shop owner was aware the car stopped and a car door opened.  Shop owner put hiis handside the window, could not tell if it were a gun, but diffentialy, he noticed something was not right.

It does go to show that when something goes down, it can be very quick.
