Did the tide turn on ammo overnight ?

I checked gunbot last night before I went to bed and there were only one or two reasonable prices on the calibers I use.

This morning, there were several.  More than I've seen in months.

Could this be the beginning of the end of the madness?

Dunno I know 22 is still in high demand. Couple weeks ago Wally World got some Independence 556 in and it stayed on the shelf over the week.

I noticed 4 places w/ .22LR between .04 & .05 /rnd, including Cabelas with bulk boxes in Rem & WIn.

I also adjust my "deal" prices on Gunbot when lowest price shows.  Adjusted it for four calibers this morning.

Prices on GunBot have been drifting down in the last two weeks.  I have been making 2-4 changes /day.

May be just a lip, but there was definitely a change overnight.

I stopped by Outpost Armory yesterday and their shelves were much fuller than usual. Prices still too high imo but seems availability has improved.

Don't get me started. :ignore:

However, I think the example you cite is a clear case demonstrating how pricing policy will eventually affect availability. It's good to see some things returning to the shelf, even if I'm not ready to pay the higher price for them at this time. Even so, Outpost is a sponsor here, and I have no reason to trash them unnecessarily. The market is very slowly correcting itself as product becomes available and hoarding desperation winds down.

I purchased $300 of regular (pre-panic) priced gunpowder yesterday using gunbot.  Bullets and powder are finally becoming available on a regular basis.  I wonder why primers are still so far behind in availability?  I'd like to find the CCI APS primers bricks sometime in the near future, only because I'm too lazy to refill the aps strips from my other stash.

I was wondering the same thing. I'd like to go to the range before to much longer.

Yeah, my kids are driving me crazy to go shooting.
