Custom or hard to get parts

I am testing the waters to see if there is any interest in a service that I could provide to board members for the production of custom parts ,something you might want that isn't on the market, or hard or impossible to find parts for any firearm you might have.  A little about me: I'm a CNC machinist and programmer with 20 years experience and have access to various machine tools both manual and CNC and also a 3d scanner to reverse engineer any part that may come my way.

I don't know if there are any legal implications to what I'm offering but I'm sure someone will surely be kind enough to point it out if there is and let me know.

So far I have produced parts for 1892, 1866, and other Winchesters and also the Volcanic pistol I have posted photos of here on the board here http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/63187-what-do-you-guys-think-about-this/

I don't plan on doing receivers.

I happen to need a part... only problem is that I need something that was originally made from Bakelite - now if you could do plastic that would be awesome (I'm just saying that it would be, I don't expect that you can or would).

What exactly is it? I have worked with Delrin, UHMW and other plastics.
