That seems to be a "slight" insinuation in this article. But it would seem "The House of Glock" is in a personal shambles according to Bloomberg Business Week. Them young female Gold Diggers (And male too) seem to have a way of getting to these old rich guys.

"Who would control the Glock companies after the death of Gaston Sr. has long intrigued the firearm industry. Helga contends it was supposed to be her children. A number of other gun companies and private investors are thought to be interested in acquiring the valuable Glock brand."

I'm just glad they are making a good portion of the Glocks right here in the U.S. I'd like to get my hands on one.

I hope that whoever ends up with Glock has the guys to attempt a carbine that uses Glock magazines. That would be awesome.

^This! A Glock carbine. Wow. They would sell tens of millions of these. Every Glock owner in the US would have to have at least one in 9mm... possibly another in 40 cal.

This is such a no brainer... except all rifles today come with a safety. Glock would have to finally make a gun with a real safety on it. <looking for the right smiley face so my fellow Glock owners won't flame me... it's a joke, guys!>

There is no smiley for heresy fella.

You could be barred from Glock ownership for such inflammatory comments. :stunned:

Might be my time to invest in another Glock. No matter who ends up taking them over, there's usually an adjustment period in quality control.

I don't know about them ever making a pistol caliber carbine, but I understand they're working on something chambered in 5.56, I'd guess AR platform

Safety? Safety? We don't need no stinking safety! (In my best Blazing Saddles impression)

Maybe we could see a real life G1911. But the damn thing better have an all metal frame.

I highly doubt that. The Glock armorer I talked to about the rifle they're working on said even it will be polymer. Edited by KKing

On the subject of Glock, I was wanting to break my 19 down to clean it so I found an instructional video on it.
I watch it over and over but I'm missing a step.

All the way down or just take the slide off?   All I do for a deep clean is take the slide off and spray it full of cleaner or plastic safe gun scrubber.

MS(BS)NBC News Flash .  Sen D.. Feinstein and N. Pelosi are forming a consortium to buy Glock.  Ms. Feinstein has stated that if purchased by the consortium Glock will get out of the firearms business and will concentrate on building green energy dildoes..  She further stated that by going to green energy countless Eveready Rabbits will be saved..

Fact 1: glock has a 100 meter range in Smyrna you don't do that for hand guns
Fact 2: glock makes guns with a frame mounted safety sold else where in the world
Fact 3: USA made glocks are not made for US sales, I know they wind up in our market, but they are meant for sales to governments that will not allow Austrian made guns in, just like no Chinese guns here

This is where the Glock armorer I know was when they were supposedly testing the new rifle. Didn't get a look at it though, who knows

George Foreman is going to by the company and start making more grilles.

He's got enough money to buy the company most likely.Don't know the exact figure but he sold the grill rights for at least 200 Mil.
