Gallatin Gun Freestyle Match

Gallatin Gun will host a Freestyle match this weekend, May 11th. Start time will be 9:30 for this match. Try to be at the range by 9:00. 104 rounds min. We will use IDPA scoring. Their will be a mix of IDPA and USPSA targets. No cover or concelment rules this match, shooting boxes and fault lines will be used. You may use any IDPA or USPSA firearm/holster combination. CDP will be single stack with up to 10 rounds in mags, ESP will be high cap. double stack mags for limited style guns with mags up to 140mm long. SSP wil be for stock and production guns with 10 round mags. Wheel guns are ok, just bring lots of speed loaders. Speed holsters ok in all but SSP/Production divisions.  Speed reloads are ok(dropping mags with bullets left in them). Match fees of $10 for club members and $15 for non-members for each gun entered. Set up is at 7:00. Pistol cal rifle may be used, or .30 carbine.

Thanks. Today is the first day with no pain after work, just a little discomfort. This morning I woke up hurting some.

Haven't mailed it yet for reasons of organization. But it is in the car.

Just got 200 of my new Rainiers loaded. 147gr hollow points. It looks likes $1.50 a round personal defense ammo. :D I just hope they run OK. Haven't tested. Maybe I should do a couple "desk-pops".

I plan on being there early, depending on how I feel.
