I have seen a few of these in person. Always home made but cool none the less. It is a CO2 pressurized keg and the cup is kinda like a slow tap. They have these in a lot of stadiums now for faster service.

Gotta be easy to install parts on a recliner so why isn't anyone making these standard yet? Even if you aren't a drinker I would think you could install your favorite fountain drink.
