Any of you all do HVAC?

Looking to possibly get a ductless mini system installed in our basement and close off the vents being piped in from our main floor hvac.  If any of you all do this/licensed, please shoot me a pm.  We have a quote from another company, but would like to support the locals on here if reasonably possible.  Location is in Fairview

This is an independent who I have used when Donelson Air/Service Experts was trying to shaft me on a job. He did the job for well under half what DA was gonna charge me and did it quick!

My knowlwdge of HVAC is limited to it takes lots of $$ to get enough BTUs to cool the butts.

This one isn't too big of a space, just a tv room, bathroom and laundry room.  I think a 9000btu would be more than enough since there's only two small vents there now and it takes care of the entire area.

 

Mainly it's to have zone control, so if we're stuck watching movies for hours down there, we don't have to heat/cool the entire 1st floor just to get the basement comfortable.
