Dunno about federal AOW classification, but looks like perhaps more than 4" blade and has knuckles, both of which are illegal in TN (to carry in general public, not to own).

 

They seem to sell in the $2000 range, too.

The old nuckle duster, cooler to look at than to use I would guess. Even though it does three things, I bet it does none of them well.

I'd rather have a Ruger revolver to utilize as a gun and bludgeon. For a knife I'd... Use... My knife.
