Man this country is in deep doo doo.  We have "leaders" trying to ban something because it is somewhat similar to something else that was used in a terrorist attack.  (In case you have been living under a rock the terrorists in Boston used "gun powder" that was extracted from common consumer grade fireworks.)  In the meantime I have heard of zero legislation concerning fireworks.  Although I would oppose any legislation involving fireworks that would at least make more sense than attempting to restrict something that was not used at all in the manufacture of these bombs.

Lautenberg is the reason you can be denied firearms simply by being accused of domestic violence via an order of protection.

 

Don't even have to be convicted of anything. Although if you are, a domestic misdemeanor conviction bans you for life.
