RUSH

This will be my first time to see them in concert. Anyone else going?

 

I've been a fan for quite a while now, and I always said that if they ever came back to Nashville, I'm going. 

 

Haven't been to a concert in decades. I'm expecting to see a mix of young and old there tonight.

Rush puts on a very good show. This will be the first one I have missed in quite a long time.

I am going, I last saw Rush in concert in 1984, I am pretty excited to see them again, they are my favorite Canadian rock band.

Saw them a few years ago and they put on an awesome show. You can definitely expect a crowd of mixed ages, keep your eye out for the girl, there's always one at a Rush concert. ;)

Hard to believe three guys can make such a ruckus.

I saw them at Starwood ages ago, for their 30th anniversary tour or what not.

 

Best concert I have ever been too.

 

They took the stage at 7 or so and played till after midnight. No opening act, no filler. Just pure awesomeness.

 

I am a huge Rush fan.

My screen name is a reference to a Rush song. I first heard them back in the late 70's and have been a big fan ever since. I've seen them a few times over the years, and every show has been great. Most of the stage shows are pretty simple, some lasers and lights, and some background video, but a whole lot of awesome music. The last show I saw them at, they had some washers and dryers on stage, with clothes in them. Every so often a stage hand would walk across the stage while the guys were playing  and put money into the machine. I love that they have a sense of humor.

 

Admittedly, Geddy can't really hit those high notes any more, but they still rock. It amazes me that three people can make that much music.If you have never listened to their album 2112, do yourself a favor and listen to it. One of the best albums of all time, in my opinion.
