don't think the ATF is gonna be happy with that without a tax stamp

At the end of the video it said it was "ATF approved" which would lead one to think they have already gotten their feedback on the legality.

I'd for sure carry that letter from ATF then...that can EASILY be a stock, even looks like a stock when not used

Best I can figure, where it walks the line of not being a stock is that it doesn't appear to actually attach to the pistol receiver extension, it just sits inside the device. It wouldn't really provide any use as a stock wiggling all loose on the tube which passes right through.

To be honest, I just think the guys at Sig enjoy thumbing their noses at the ATF by showing how silly the NFA regs are.

Like this 9.5" "muzzle brake". I do like this gun though.
