That'd either be your salvation or your sepulcher. Not a fan of being trapped under ground. I could go either way on it.

mmmmmm....lead paint.....everywhere....

 

I'd guess that removal of that and probably a boat load of asbestos will set the buyer back some money.

Pretty neat that everything is mounted on giant springs so the nuclear blast pressure is absorbed.

I'd rather have a house set in a cave in backwoods TN. No one to know  you are there and natural defense. But it's cool nonetheless
