reloading 9mm 115 falcon bullets

Hi TGO,

 

I just received my boxes of Falcon bullets.

Going to start off with the 115 gr bullets.

 

My Load data is start load 3.6 gr of zip powder to a length of 1.070

 

Two questions.

 

1) I only have small pistol magnum primers.  Should I reduce the start load? 

2) 1.070 seems a bit short

Don't have my log book in front of me for Zip, but I load 1.110 and it works just fine in my SR9.
