Lol reminds me of my dogs, I probably have the only retrieving American bulldog you've ever seen. And my lab knows she can wait for him to bring it to the edge of the water.

pic reminds of my pug who for some reason was befriended by a large german shepherd. I looked out the \kitchen window one day and saw them walking side by side holding the ends of the stick in each of their mouths. It was so funny this tiny pug on one end and a large german shepherd on the other end, They were buds.. just prancing around the back yard

SPeaking of... we need some upbeat stuff for the new house, as soon as my wife is done with her finals on Thursday, we're going around to the pounds and find us a 4 legged good mood generator :)

Good for you, strays and pound dogs are the best.

I do know of a guy at work that has pups to give away, part wolf I think.

Have to stay away from the larger breeds, we're looking for a couple of smaller yappie dogs, one will be a pound doggie and we'll be keeping an eye out for a boston terrier for me later down the road.  They pop up occasionally, and we're in no hurry on that one.
