The shooting world lost a great man today. Shooting Star Tom Knapp passed away this afternoon. Tom reinvented exhibition shooting almost 30 years after the passing of Herb Parsons. Tom was an inspiration to generations of shooters and he w...ill be missed.

Our thoughts are with Tom's family and friends.

The article linked below was written by Dave Miller last year covering Tom's first two years of shooting with CZ.

He had a personality that wouldn't quit, also. Heck of a guy. Always seemed to have a smile on his face

while knocking five or so clays at once. I loved watching him.

WOW, I got to see him on tube a lot, made shooting look as easy as me eating.

RIP Tom

Very sad...a huge loss to the shooting sports community.  I saw his shooting exhibitions several times and he was facinating to watch. He will be difficult to replace.

I loved to watch him play. He was always smiling. He was always having fun, so joyful when he told you what he was going to do. Five clays, a balloon and then two more clays, not a problem...

It was a rough weekend. Two greats were lost.
