good 'ol days component prices

I was digging deep in the reloading room cabinets tonight when I found a box of 9mm bullets overlooked. Knocking the dust off, I saw that they were Remington 115gr. JHP, 100 count, and marked $6.09. I think I teared up a bit.

Give me your good 'ol days component prices, so we can cry in our beer together. :stunned:

Here's a good 0ne. I walked into a LGS today to pick up some lead bullets. Got some .45, .40, and .38 at a decent price. Chatted the owner up a whil and told him I'd be back gor some 9mm.

He says hold on. Pulls out a box on 500 marked .355. So old the label was yellowed. Charged me $18.00 for them.

Oh and I pulled a box of 50 SuperX .22 out of a drawer at the house. $0.59.
