XDm 45 reviews?

Im thinking very seriously about trading into one of these pistols tonight...... howeverI own MP's Glocks and was wandering about the reliabilty of the XDm's ---

 

Can I expect the same Glock type reliability...???

IMO, Glock, S&W M&P and Springfield XD series are all cut from the same cloth. . .when it comes to reliability.

 

it really comes down to personal preference and how each one feels in your hands.

I have an xdm 40 and love it. Out of about 400 rounds not a single malfunction of any kind. Its been 100% reliable.

Had an XDm 45 compact when it first came out.

 

Great firearm IMO :)  Can't go wrong and as reliable as a ticking clock :)

I have an XD 9mm tactical with 1000s of rounds through it without a problem.

Have both Glock and XD/XDM series pistols. Nary a problem with any of them.

 

Love the G19/23. So-so on the G21. The XD 45 Tactical is a fantastic gun. Have had the XD9c, Xd45, and now the XDm 5.25 in 9mm.

 

I wouldn't say I like one over the others. All have their place in my safe. But I will bet that if you get an XDm45, you will love it. If not, you will have no trouble selling it. Maybe at what you give for it.

I have an xd40 as my EDC AND it has gone bang every time with over a 1000 rounds.

Well I traded for it. Will get it out to the range tomorrow or Sunday. Love the way it feels already.
