State Legislature's Shafted?

The states of Connecticut, Colorado and New York all visited by Joe Biden to get state level gun control (oppression) passed. I wonder how they feel now that their Democrat counterparts at the federal level couldn't even pass background check legislation. I would be pi$$ed if I went out on a political limb for them.

The legislators in those states didn't go out on a political limb. They represent liberals and progressives that support gun control and are happy with their new laws. They'll be mad because the feds didn't force their wills on the rest of the country.

Most of the federal gun control ideas come from a few states that want to push it on the rest of the country.  If their ideas are so good, why don't they work?  Hughes amendment came from a guy from New Jersey where machine guns were probably already illegal in that state.  Sen. Chris Dodd's loser senator dad from Connecticut came up with most of Gun Control 68.  Of course same thing with Feinstein wanting the California AWB to apply to the whole country.  None of their laws work in their respective states, but those idiot politicians dont care because they can carry guns or hire people who carry guns.
