Ugh...took everything i had to walk away from a well priced SR1911 i just saw in a store. If i hadn't just dropped money on both a PPS and a new shotgun in the past 2 weeks it would have been easier to justify. I will say that the finish doesn't look nearly a shiny in person and actually helped me say no because it's not quite as pretty in just a gun metal gray

I have a shiny stainless 1911. Falls into the "careful what you wish for" category. It's pretty, but shows every minor scratch. The finish on the Ruger will be lots more durable.

Go for it. It is only money. I picked one up on Saturday. Haven't shot it but I am sure it will function perfectly.
