I've finally have all my favorite guns. It took years of buying, trying, trading and selling off, but I can't think of any pistols or rifles I'd rather have more than the ones I've got.

This is where I would like to eventually be.  I still have a ways to go.  Congratulations.

My best handguns? Colt 1911 Government. Springfield XD-45, CZ-75 SP-01, Glock 19 Gen4. I just got back from the mall with my wife. I was not carrying any of those handguns. I was carrying a Smith and Wesson model 36 3" in nickle with a square butt grip loaded with Glazer silver dots. Why? Why not?

My favorite auto was a Browning Hi-Power MkIII 9mm.  It was stolen, but it was a super shooter!  My favorite revolver is my Colt Agent .38 spl.  Super trigger and very accurate for a snubby!  The best autoloader I currently own is a Springfield 1911a1 "Loaded" Edition.  My wife owns a Glock 17 that rivals it.  It's just not a sexy as my Springfield!

S & W 686 plus. Fits my hand perfectly, points naturally, dependable. Second choice is FNP 45.

S&W 686, 2 1/2" bbl, Hogue grips. Don't even have to think about aiming it, just look at target and it comes up and puts a hole right on the money!

Hands down my favorite is S&W 686-4P with an extra round (7) with 4" barrel and Ahrends cocabola combat grips.  Reliable, deadly accurate, ergonomic, beautiful, durable, and oh yeah...reliable.  I also like Ruger GP100 with a 3" barrel, S&W 642 (for EDC), and basically almost any revolver without an internal lock.  But 686 is the best for my preferences.  Best wishes, B

My best would be my H&K P30L with all size large palm swell and side pannels. It is possibly the only handgun i own that fits me so well.

By far, the CZ 75 B in 40S&W I bought just 3 months or so ago.  Competition sights, hammer and tuned trigger make this the sweetest pistol I own.
