In my trip to get cooking supplies for today I stopped by sporting goods at Walmart. There was a guy there that had been waiting since 3:30am because he saw there was a DPMS sportical in case. He couldn't get a background check until 10am. Screw that! My time is worth more than the 6 1/2 hours I would have waited to buy it.

I saw no less than 20 ARs in the rack at Cabela's today. No less than 1,000 rifles, several hundred pistols. Plenty of ammo to choose from, as long as it wasn't .22LR or 9mm.

 

Things are getting back to normal.

Supply is getting but the ammo prices are still quite higher than they were on military calibers.
