Corker said on his FB page that he just voted to get it to a vote, but he would join a filibuster to stop any legislation being voted on.

I think these guys just wanted the dems to submit a bill, so they could get fodder for later and they still plan on filibustering anyways. Rand Paul would not have just pulled back his threat of it for no reason.
