What would you do if you found your fourth-grader had written this after a lesson in school about the Constitution.

They're the words that Florida father Aaron Harvey was stunned to find his fourth-grade son had written, after a lesson in school about the Constitution.

Oh boy, would I be having a talk with the teacher/principal/administration.

That is BS.  My kid would write "I would not..." and I would expect them to grade him with an A.

That is sick. If the teachers can't tell the truth in their lesson plans, they shouldn't be teachers. Even my somewhat

liberal "Doctor/Professor" candidate son would reject that. He just hasn't started paying taxes, yet.

WTF is wrong with this parent?

It's not just magic that the kid went to school and came home with this. Where have his parents been? Have they made any effort to raise the kid, or just leave it up to the teachers?

I always perform a search to make sure subjects or headlines aren't previously discussed but too many times a post is made without any relevant text relating to the subject, facts, or at least names. Just an obscure text link.

It is nearly impossible to make a clean post sometimes. :-\

But the title of this thread is actually relevant to the topic. ;)

It's no accident this shit ended up scratched out on a piece of paper and I'm sure it wasn't the little kids idea. Every damn day you hear about some leftist bullshit happening in public schools. Thank the socialist unions and "community organizers". It's been like this for freakin' years and not getting any better.  It's no wonder kids turn against their parents is it? Keep sending your little ones to those bastions of truth and don't be surprised someday that the SS doesn't knock on your door and tell you they are there to take your kid from the crappy environment they live in.

Wasn't the kids idea. The teacher told them to sit down and write it. I doubt the kid even fully understands what it meant yet. And the parents did flip out once they actually found it.

I saw that story on FOX news.

This is just another example of the government brain washing our children behind our backs.

In high school my history teacher made us watch Michael Moore ("Roger and Me" as well as "Bowling for Columbine"). This was in Connecticut. Need I say more?

You should have called your parents or asked to go to the library. Reading "Green eggs and Ham" would have been

more productive.
