If you're gonna roll with the big dogs you can't piss like a pup. Too bad they both survived. The family of these animals owe the pizza store an apology for spawning the subhuman trash. Edited by TMF

Well, so much for, "You can't outdraw someone who already has their gun in hand."  This guy outdrew TWO people who already had SHOTGUNS in hand.  Sounds like he got hits on them both and neither he nor anyone else was hurt.  It also sounds like the business owner is supporting him.  Works for me.

I also like that, according to the reporter, the police said that the driver, "...had no choice but to fight back."

ETA: I went looking for more info and found the 'original' story.  Although I was and am glad to see the story, just FYI for everyone, it looks like this incident happened in July of 2012 (the story was from July 17, 2012), not sometime in the last, few days or weeks.

If that's not legal justification of a shoot, I don't know what is!

Bravo - but I fear - the families of these (2) boys will go after this man in court :(

People should not be able to sue on justified shoots IMO ...

This one is also good proof for why carrying with a round chambered is pretty much the only way to go... When 2 guys have shotguns pointed at you, you gotta be faster than them!!

I am glad to see the news kept showing the pizza box with the parlors phone number on it maybe they will get some good business for supporting the driver for defending himself.

BRAVO!

I ordered pizza last night myself and was surprised that the driver was CC'ing. I didnt say anything to him but thought well of him and tipped him a good bit more than I would have because I know for a fact that his company does not allow their drivers to carry or so I have been told by other drivers who have seen me OC'ing in the house when they came.

As obvious as it was to me I figure he keeps it in his car while he is in the store. Still BRAVO to him and the driver and company owner in the story no matter when it was.

Very cool too that it got on the news, didnt anyone tell them that guns are always bad???

Oh, I'm sure the family will make like the perps are angels and did nothing wrong. I wander if he dropped the pizza or hung on to it? Just an interesting thing I'd like to know.

The store owner seems to be a standup guy. I'd definitely buy his pizza's if I lived around there.

I'll bet the 16 year old they couldn't find was being hidden by his family. If so, they should be charged as well.

I searched but couldn't find any updates on this.
