Sounds like the guy that got shot should go back to the gun shop were he bought the gun and get his money back along with his $10 background check.   Imagine that, they sold him a gun that wasn't drop proof.  Shame on them.

Sounds like grounds for a lawsuit! Would make a hell of a Fox & Farmer ad!

Nope.  He didn't manage to remove himself from the gene pool, so he is not a Darwin Award candidate.  If he had killed himself or managed to shoot off his jewels, then he would qualify.

 

As a side benefit, either of those events would also have ended up saving us taxpayers a bunch of money!

 

So, from you LE types, anyone want to take a bet on how long it takes before this wonderful fellow is back out endangering innocent folks?

I would love to know if this guy is on a government health plan... and if they are going to pay for this visit... I'm sure everyone agrees he should be responsible for this being it was caused in the commission of a crime...
